This is supposedly the first pin with MGM's new name "The Walt Disney Studios". A black mickey with camera silhouette is on a white background.

Reportedly, this pin is also sold at the Burbank Studio lot Disney store.

Black and Gold opening day pin from Euro Disney. Tinker Bell flies over the castle sprinkling pixie dust. The opening date of Euro Disney is in French (12 Avril 92) and is "hidden" in the pixie dust. The bottom of the pin reads "Euro Disney®".

This pin is from a set which includes a watch with the same details, both in a see through briefcase style box. See 38611 for the set.

This gold-finished, textured-back pin measures 1 3/16" tall by 1 1/16" wide. The backstamp says, "FRANCE- © DISNEY-SOFREC".

Walt Disney World is in blue at the bottom on a white background. Above it in tilted squares are the main icons of each park. (Starting at top and going clockwise): Magic Kingdom Cinderella Castle in blue on red square, the Animal Kingdom green Tree of Life on light blue square, the Earful tower (with Mickey ears) in red on dark blue square, representing Disney-MGM Studios, and Spaceship Earth in white on yellow from Epcot.

The pin measures 1 5/8" (42 mm) wide by 1 1/4" (32 mm) tall. The backstamp is, "© Disney, Made in China." Some later versions also have the Millennium "Celebrate the Future Hand in Hand" backstamp on it.

799 WDW Epcot 15th Anniversary Gift (World Showcase)

Pin for Epcot's World Showcase from the '80s. The pin is a circle divided into three sections, one each of red, white and blue. Images of the Eiffel Tower, a Venetian gondola and so forth are over laid in gold. Below it says "World Showcase." The pin has a clasp back and measures 7/8" tall by 15/16" wide. The backstamp says," THE WALT DISNEY COMPANY, TAIWAN-R.O.C. This pin was one of the "gifts" given out at WDW during its 15th Anniversary. Other pins given out at this time were #1226 and #569. *NOTE* These are epoxy pins from the 80's - they naturally yellow with age.

1736 WDW June 2000 Pin of the Month - Typhoon Lagoon

This is the June Pin of the Month (POM) for 2000. It has Typhoon Lagoon's mascot, a brown alligator named Lagoona Gator on it, who is holding a red and yellow surfboard. "Disney's Typhoon Lagoon" is on the left side of the pin, and "Commemorative Edition - Opening Day - 1989" is on the bottom in a black bar.

One of an eight-pin set #17913 available to CMs during Disneyland's 35th anniversary. Each pin represented one of the Park's lands. This one, for Adventureland, shows a Jungle Cruise skipper in front of one his boats with a Tiki Room bird on his shoulder. The image is framed with bamboo and tusks. The irregular pin is dark green in the center with a light green border.

One in a set of 8 pins (#17913) available to CMs during Disneyland's 35th anniversary. Each pin represents a different land. This one, for Bear Country, shows a performer from the Country Bear Jamboree, Big Al. The irregular pin is pale green, with a purple border. At the bottom of the pin are the dates 1972-1988, the dates the land existed before the name was changed to Critter Country. The pin measures 1 3/8" (36 mm) wide by 1 7/8" (49 mm) tall.

5857 DCA - Hollywood Pictures Backlot (Black & Silver)

Disney's California Adventure Hollywood Backlot. This is black with silver outlining. It represents the Hollywood Backlot area at Disney's California Adventure. It is much nicer looking in person than the scan shows here. It is very shiny & sharp looking. Detail on this one is similiar to that on #3265. Top part is the DCA sunrise motif with a Mickey icon in the center, and an elephant on each side. Below that is a film strip and "HOLLYWOOD PICTURES BACKLOT."

his open edition hinged pin released at Walt Disney Resorts features the Magic Kingdom Ticket Book originally sold in 1971. When closed the front of the pin is the top of the ticket book and reads Passport to Adventure The Magic Kingdom est October 1, 1971 and on the left has the original D and Mickey head icon.

This gold-finished, textured-back pin, when closed, measures 1 1/16" tall by 2" wide. When opened, it measures 2" tall by 2" wide. It is backstamped with the 2007 or 2008 pin trading logo and "©DISNEY-CHINA".

When you open the pin it reveals each of tickets to get on the rides at that time A, B, C, D, and E. The top portion is blue and tells about the book then you see the end portion of each ticket with their letter and stars.

1191 DLR - Disneyland 30th Anniversary Series (Pete / Frontierland) Pointed

These pins were given to guests at admittance to Disneyland during its 30th Anniversary. This one is of Pete and Frontierland. Standing in front of a white star, Pete is dressed as a cowboy in blue jeans, black shirt, red vest and a white hat, and has a big smile. "Frontierland" is written across the star in brown letters bordered with gold. This pin has pointed ends on the star - later a "kid-safe" version replaced this that had small round ends on the star points (pin #1362). These have straight pin backs that latch instead of two-piece clutch type. This same pin was handed out to guests at WDW during their 15th Anniversary. This was purchased at the Blizzard Beach Water Park and we never saw it anywhere else. It depicts the Blizzard Beach alligator, Ice Gator, on a tobaggan. In the upper left corner in small letters, it says Disney's Blizzard Beach.
