Q: Are your Disney Trading Pins Real?
A: To the best of our knowledge. DisTradingPins4u has no official affiliation to or agreement with the Disney Company so most of our pins have been obtained either through trading or through the purchase of personal collections so we cannot guarantee it, but we spend hours reading up on how to spot fakes and scrappers to avoid reselling them as genuine pins. If you feel that you have received an inauthentic pin please contact us with photos and why you feel there is a problem with the pin and we can discuss the possibility of a return credit.
Q: Is the pin pictured the exact one i will get?
A: The images are stock photos, not exact item photos. All pins are considered used and may or may not have cards regardless of the stock image. If the condition of a card or other packaging makes a difference in your decision to purchase, contact us to inquire before purchase as we do not accept returns. We are a used secondhand collectables store, not an authorized reseller so we do consider our pins to be in used condition. Through the normal course of trading, collecting and displaying, pins can develop minor issues such as light scratching, bent or loose posts, or light marks. We will not sell pins that we consider to be damaged but pins may have these indications of normal wear and use.
Q: Do you have a minimum order?
Q: How much is shipping and how long does it take?
A: We offer USPS first class, Priority 2-3 day and Express 1 Day Mail Shipping options for $5, $8, and $20 respectively. First Class mail times depend on the post office and can be anywhere from a couple days to a week or more. For international shipments we only offer first class shipping for $12 without insurance for orders under $100, $25 with insurance for orders up to $300 or 3lbs, and priority mail insured for $75
Q: I am overseas, will I have to pay a customs charge?
A: We do not have anything to do with customs charges, they vary by country and we do not know all the different systems. Contact your local postal service for their specific procedures. Any customs charges incurred will be your responsibility.
Q: Do you have a catalog?
A: We do not offer print catalogs because our inventory changes multiple times a day and most items have an extremely limited quantity available. A print catalog does not allow us to stay current with our inventory like we are able to online.
Q: Do you accept Paypal?
A: Yes, we gladly accept Paypal, however due to changes in Paypal policy as of January 1, 2020 orders paid for using Paypal cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been placed.
