Description   Disney Trading Pin 9624 DLR - Opening Team Cast Member Countdown Watch Pin This pin is a replica of the countdown watch that was released to Disneyland cast members in 2000 before the 2001 opening of California Adventure and Downtown Disney. (With those additions came the name change to Disneyland Resort.) The watches were pre-set, and counted down the days until opening. The pin was given to cast members to mark the first anniversary of the opening. The 4" pin looks just like the watch, with the Disneyland Resort logo and the year 2001 on the face. The pin is hinged on either side of the face just as a watch would be. On the band it reads "Opening Team.
