519 DL - 1998 Attraction Series - Astronaut Goofy in Space Suit

Astronaut Goofy is one of a series of pins released in 1998 to commemorate the re-opening of Tomorrowland. The series featured popular Disneyland attractions from the present time and from their past. This is actually a set within a set, as each of the Fab 5 are shown in an astronaut costume (#516), (#518), (#519), (#520) and (#548). Goofy, facing forward with head to the right, is in a white and gray space suit with orange and blue trim. His left hand is raised in a wave and he is smiling. This silver-finished pin measures 1 13/16" (4.5 cm) tall by 1" (2.5 cm) wide. The backstamp reads, "DISNEY."
